DEADLINE for RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS is NOON, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4.
Cost for members and guests is $30. Use the memo line on your check to indicate the following:

month of the luncheon (i.e., May luncheon)

if you want to sit with someone, include their name

if you need a vegetarian or gluten-free meal
If you are bringing a guest, write a separate check with the guest’s name on the memo line.

Be sure to get your checks in the mail at least a week before the deadline. If you are unsure that your check will arrive on time, please give Dena (503-720-7258) a call to make sure your name is on the list and she will watch for your check or discuss other options.

Please bring a canned/non-perishable food item to be donated to a local food bank

The cost for the luncheon is $30, so if you write a check, please make sure it is for $30!
As you know, one purpose of our group is to support local charities. The main way we do this is by selling raffle tickets at the luncheons.
We ask that you bring lots of one dollar bills to buy raffle tickets, because as you know they are based on 50/50 split, so this makes payouts simpler and faster! We really appreciate your cooperation.
